Dave leaves behind 3 daughters Sue, Marie and Michaela and their partners Mark, Graham and Phil, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, Waterloo on Monday, June 23rd at 12.00 noon, followed by Interment at Thornton Garden of Rest at 1.00 p.m. Family flowers only please but if desired donations to The Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital Appeal c/o H.
